jyturbo
I have tried to find an answer for this on my own but no luck so I would really appreciate some expert help. I am trying to setup Daphne in Gameex and am starting with Dragon's Lair. Runs fine in Daphne Loader but when I run in Gameex an error window pops up and saya: "Unknown Argument: 600". I have adjusted setting several times but cannot pinpoint this problem. i may have accidentally changed Daphne options (not game 1 options) so maybe that needs to be reset to default but when i click the defalut button in Gameex Wizard, nothing changes. I have attached my Daphne Log and my GameEx config. If someone could please tell me what to put in my setup wizard I'm sure i can figure other games out from there.Daphne Log:--DAPHNE version 1.0.10--Command line is: daphne.exe lair vldp -framefile C:\Emulators\Daphne\Dragon's Lair\lairtxt.txt -ignore_aspect_ratio -blank_searches -min_seek_delay 1000 -seek_frames_per_ms 20 -homedir C:\Emulators\Daphne -fastboot -bank 0 11011001 -bank 1 00100111 -sound_buffer 2048 -fullscreen -x 800 -y 600 --CPU : GenuineIntel 2250 MHz || Mem : 3904 megs--OS : Windows XP/.NET || Video : Intel® HD Graphics--OpenGL: Compiled In--RGB2YUV Function: MMX--Line Blending Function: MMX--Audio Mixing Function: MMXSetting alternate home dir:C:\Emulators\DaphneSetting sound buffer size to 2048Setting screen width to 800Setting screen height to 600Set 800x600 at 32 bpp with flags: 80000001Initializing sound system ... fRequEnCy
Are you using the same exact command line in GameEx that's generated by Daphne Loader?Run Daphne LoaderSelect GameClick on Configure ButtonClick on Advanced tabEnable Display command lineClick Apply button and then OK buttonStart gameNow when you start a command-line will show in the window and you can copy that information into GameEx. In my above config my Daphne Log exactly matches what is in the GameEx config for Game 1 options. I am totally guessing here but my problem may be in my Daphne options??? Still the same Fatal Error window pops up saying Unknown Argument: 600. Copied and pasted like previous members said but it still will not work within GameEx. In Daphne Loader, it runs great. Just not GameEx. I completely deleted everything from the Daphne Options command line within Gameex setup. Now this line is blank. does this matter? Please help! This is driving me nuts!!Updated GameEx Config: And the Game1options were cut and pasted directly from command line option in daphne loaderDaphne]UseDaphne=TrueDaphnePath=C:\Emulators\DaphneDaphneExe=DaphneLoader.exeDaphneSNAP=C:\Emulators\Daphne\imagesDaphneOptions=Enabled_1=TrueROMName_1=lairGameName_1=Dragon's LairGameOptions_1=daphne.exe lair vldp -framefile "C:\Emulators\Daphne\Dragon's Lair\lairtxt.txt" -ignore_aspect_ratio -blank_searches -min_seek_delay 1000 -seek_frames_per_ms 20 -homedir C:\Emulators\Daphne -fastboot -bank 0 11011001 -bank 1 00100111 -sound_buffer 2048 -fullscreen -x 800 -y

fRequEnCy
Problem was that user was using DaphneLoader.exe as the exe instead of Dapne.exe. I didn't catch until now.
