T. Goodchild
I've had to split my Playstation games between both epsxe and pSX for compatibility reasons but I can't seem to get the games to load since the config file was meant for mounting images with Daemon tools and not for running images directly. The command line for pSX to load is psxfin.exe -f and I tried adding several variations of "[RomPath]\[RomImage]" or"[RomPath]\[RomFile]" either in the command line or the launch after procedure.Does anyone have a working pSX config for using images directly? I've already checked the stickies above but they are dated. I also would like to state that the Dolphin emulator works relatively the same in this respect and if I could figure this one out somehow I might be able to get a Dolphin config running as well and would be happy to post it. Thanks in advance.

T. Goodchild
Worked perfectly the first time! Thanks a lot!
Lawrence
No problem. You might want to add file types to it to prevent doubles from appearing if you're using .Bin or .Img. I've converted all my images to CDZ, so I had no need to put that in.
T. Goodchild
Does CDZ offer any advantages over bin+cue, iso, .img mds+mdf etc and will converting these over to CDZ images also work for other console images ie dreamcast sega cd gcm? ATM I do use lots of file types and the lists are becoming rather cluttered now that you mention it...
Lawrence
CDZ only works for pSX Emulator unfortunately. That's the only emulator I use for Playstation so it doesn't bother me much that I can't use the images for other emulators anymore. The compression on CDZ is quite significant -- usually shaves at least 100 megs off each image, sometimes much more. That adds up quickly. And also it makes for nicer, cleaner lists. If you use PSX Renamer you will need to use it prior to converting them to CDZ because PSX Renamer won't support that format either. Some minor cons, but for me the pros outweigh them.
