richard Posted November 16, 2019 Share Posted November 16, 2019 HI I am new to this so excuse me if I sound stupid. I see a lot of content requires downloading from the FTP server. I have downloaded FileZilla as recommended. When I open FileZilla I have a box pop up requesting: Host Port Password I have no idea what information I should enter in these three boxes, any help would be greatly appreciated. Draco1962 Posted November 16, 2019 Share Posted November 16, 2019 Hi Richard, I am going to do you a solid and show you where to go in FileZilla using Site Manager, but it is simple really. - Click on Site Manager (upper left under File) - Click New Site towards the bottom and give it a name, then start filling out the details on the left with the info below as in the example image - Select FTP [Default] - Enter ftp.gameex.com in the Host field - Leave the Port field blank - In Encryption, Select Use Explicit FTP over TLS if Available - In the next section, select Normal [Default] Logon Type - User and Password are your forum username and password - Click OK And that's it!
