Changed out hard drive and now sometimes...actually darn near every time I try to log in,it looks good on the Settings page. Then I go to game manager again, and it will not let me go online for import. I go back to setting in pinball ex, and my password seems to be doubled,(twice as many dots) Everything was working fine before. I go to the gameex page, and log on and log off..all different combinations and problem still exists Any ideas? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tthurman Posted July 15, 2019 Share Posted July 15, 2019 Seems this is with PinballX, so I moved it to the correct forum. Have you tried re-entering your username and pass and saving changes? The dots don't necessarily represent characters. If you tried the above then try inputting your email address as your username and retyping your password. If this doesn't work then this is an authentication issue that only Tom can correct, so you will need to contact him via a support ticket. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
