[RESOLVED] GameEX Arcade Direct X Startup error

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I'm a noob to frontends, and am having trouble running GameEX Arcade Edition 15.56.  My MAME .193 runs fine by itself, but after walking thru the install, during bootup I get this error.  I've been searching for a soloution for weeks, any help will be appreciated!

Just a guess but since it is erroring right before logging your GPU info, this could be a problem with your GPU driver or the driver installed is not DirectX 10 or higher compatible.

You may want to download and reinstall your video card driver from the card's manufacturer site preferable to Microsoft's default video drivers.

Either really old video card or driver.

What video card do you have in that machine?
