[RESOLVED] GameEx/GameEx Arcade background videos will not play

All - I noticed after the most recent Microsoft Windows 10 major update that the background videos stopped playing in GameEx Arcade Edition. 

Reviewing the log.txt file confirmed that GameX Arcade was failing to open the media files for the main screen and individual videos for the games:

07:35:59.84  12/28/2018:  Open: Failed Opening Video: c:\gameex arcade edition\themes\draconus\media\bak.mp4

It is possible this may also impact legacy GameEx as well. To fix the error, I download the LAV filters here and reinstalled. This fixed my problem.
