deaks
Hi guys. Does any one have the correct table names to enter into pinballx for the Williams tables. They are fishtales the getaway medievil madness and junk yard. Just can't seem to get them launching via pinball x
jadegagne
Did you try adding them manually to your Pinball FX3.xml database file? Examples: You could try replacing the game name with "FishTales", "MedievalMadness", etc. <game name="FamilyGuy"> <description>FamilyGuy</description> <rom></rom> <manufacturer>Zen</manufacturer> <year></year> <type></type> <hidedmd>True</hidedmd> <hidetopper>True</hidetopper> <hidebackglass>False</hidebackglass> <enabled>True</enabled> <rating>0</rating> <gridposition>1x1</gridposition> </game> <game name="Universal_Jaws"> <description>Jaws</description> <rom></rom> <manufacturer>Zen</manufacturer> <year>2017</year> <type></type> <hidedmd>True</hidedmd> <hidetopper>True</hidetopper> <hidebackglass>False</hidebackglass> <enabled>True</enabled> <rating>0</rating> <gridposition>1x1</gridposition> </game>

hawkeyez88
That doesn't have the new Williams tables in it. The new star wars tables were oddly named too. I'm sure someone will post it soon - these are less than 24 hours old still.
GAH1068
It is easy to get the names, just look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pinball FX3\data\steam WMS_Medieval_Madness WMS_Fish_Tales WMS_Getaway WMS_Junkyard
hawkeyez88
WMS_Fish_TalesWMS_GatewayWMS_JunkyardWMS_Medieval_Madness Just follow what JadeGagne said - replace <game name="FamilyGuy"> with <game name="WMS_Fish_Tales"> in your fx3 xml.
craigtompkins
I added WMS_Fish_Tales via the Game Manager and it fails to launch saying file not found.
GAH1068
Has to be something in your xml I am guessing. I have confirmed all 4 tables direct launch fine from PinballX once configured. I have attached my database file for FX3. I have all the FX3 content on steam. Pinball FX3.xml
craigtompkins
Thank you. I never tried it from PinballX itself. I have now and they work as expected. I was trying it from the launch button inside the game manager and that still fails. Now to find backglass and wheel icons.

jadegagne
I can get all the Pinball FX3 games to open in PinballX directly, but for some reason, when launching the Williams FX3 games it will launch Pinball FX3, but not go directly to a specific Williams game. It goes to the Pinball FX3 Home screen. Am I missing something in the Game Manage setup? in the database, I'm naming them as shown below. Would like to get it to open directly to each game, not the Pinball FX3 Home screen. Thanks for assistance WMS_Medieval_Madness WMS_Fish_Tales WMS_Getaway WMS_Junkyard
