Log file?

PS: I'm not being a dick but topics like this just are not helpful at all and as the developer of the software and the person who has the responsibility to fix the issue just kind of piss me off.

This topic tells me absolutely nothing and gives me no help fixing the issue.

What folder are your videos in?

Why are you booting up notepad at start up?

have you tried converting the videos to f4v?

can you send a screen shot of where your videos are and also attach you games xml visual pinball.

also if you want to show videos, your images folder has to be empty or cannot have file with same name as your video files, images override video files.

Please note that everything works ok if I get back to version 2.65...

Video files I use only for playfield and dmd(CPU60%),I use the picture only for the backglass because of the load CPU..all video 3 screan 100%CPU..

0nly DMD video is ok with version 2.67(monitor1)

Well you will have no problem with CPU if we can get it to work. Again it could be a window focus issue. Id disable notepad running at load for starters,

1.ok

Again in the garage...

we will probably be able to figure it out,because this version would enable me all three videos:rolleyes:

tom has a point

[Display]
Monitor=1
rotate=270
Windowed=False
WindowWidth=480
WindowHeight=720
WindowX=0
WindowY=65
PlayFieldBrightness=230
WheelTextColor=ffffffff
WheelTextOutlineColor=ff000000
InfoTextColor=ffffffff
InfoTextOutlineColor=ff000000
FilterTextColor=ffffffff
FilterTextOutlineColor=ff000000
MenuColor=ffffa500
FullScreenWindowed=True
[BackGlass]
monitor=2
x=0
y=0
width=1920
height=1200
UseB2S=False
AutoPositionB2S=True
[DMD]
Enabled=True
monitor=0
x=0
y=0
width=1024
height=768

Display 1 your have as monitor 1 480 x 720 this would be your playfield, way too small

Display 2 is your backglass, that looks fine

Display 0 = 1024 X 768 sounds big

make sure your video config matches up, also try unplugging your backglass and dmd and see if you get table videos, if so, then shutdown plug in blackglass and reboot, the do the same with dmd.

I got a video that went to DMD mp4 , rename to table dmd video..

all video files are in mp4 extensions(PBXRecorder_x64)but corresponding ver.2.65

dmd file is not in 1920x1080, maybe that is the point

Windowed=False
WindowWidth=480 1920
WindowHeight=720 1080 if I change into these units nothing happens

Ok I've tried all the combinations!

for some reason ver 2.67 it will not let me go 1920x1080rez,If I convert the file to 1280x720 all ok(mp4 extensions)..Hm

if I convert the same file to the same resolution 1920k1080 with the same software, it will not

What are the max resolutions for each monitor? Look under your Windows display settings or graphics card display settings and note in response to each line below :

Playfield? - Keep in mind your resolutions are backwards here, so should be 1080x1920 if a 1920x1080 display, 720x1280 display, etc.

Backglass?

DMD?

Also, let us know if you are using any display management software, such as DisplayFusion.

2 playfield 1920x1080 60hz

3 backglass 1920x1200 60hz

1 dmd 1024x768            60xz

Again I will say that everything works ok with 2.65,

I just want to work out because of a hardware accelerator in version 2.67...

i do not believe it's a graphic card, i let all three monitors ful screen three movies in 1080p at the same time CPU only 20/25%

I would try reorganizing your displays as has been suggested.

I will return to 2.65. If no one comes up with a similar problem I'll get you...

uh i think i do not have DP to hdmi adapter

Keep in mind that you will be asked to upgrade to the latest version. So best to try what has been suggested. Playfield should be display 1. Followed by backglass  for display 2, then DMD as display 3.

Of course, I just say DP PORT(MONITOR1) does not have a playfield TV just HDMI

  • rablack97 changed the title to PinballX 2.67 Black screen

Even though the assignments of the monitors is just virtual, would it hurt, just for gits and shiggles to change the order of the monitors to see if that fixes the issue?
