Having an odd issue with CPWizard I can't seem to figure out. I asked over at BYOAC as well, but figured I'd try here also. Basically, CPWizard is working but only when I'm using MAME directly or if I have it load "when MAME starts a game". If I try to use the "show" (for me "L"), it just flashes the monitor and goes to a black screen. My logs for CPWizard and GameEx are below. I've tried a number of things - windows mode, non windows mode, change resolution or not allow change resolution, shift around all of the on-top settings for CPWizard. Nothing seems to work. I'm also having an issue with CPWizard not recognizing my U360 controller - not certain if that's a completely different issue or related. If it's related, I have NO idea how. CPWizard Log:CPWizard Log.txt GameEx Log:log.txt Thanks for any help you can provide. This DID work before my latest reinstall/reconfigure/update, so I'm baffled as to what I'm missing.

Hello! Earlier today, I was getting set up to use Instant Sheller for GameEx. Before today, during the times I would shell GameEx, the launching of mame games went seemless. For some reason now, when I shell GameEx, I get a HiToText error every time I launch a mame game. When I start GameEx normally through windows though, this issue never happens. I'm not really sure where to start troubleshooting. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance! LC GameEx.ini log.txt

Hello to all! First off, thank you all for all the hard work so far! I have no idea where I would be at if it wasn't for all your help thus far. Now for the question, lol - I've been stuck on something for a little while, and hoping someone can answer this for me, or point me in the right direction (I've been trying to look up this information on the web, but no luck so far). CPWizard is awesome!! I have it set up for use with MAME right now, and for the past few days, I've been trying to figure out how to also set it up to use with the other emulators (N64, SNES, NES, etc) to where all games in my cab, when chosen, will display the control panel before the game launches. Is this possible? And if so, how do ya set it up? Thanks in advance!! LC

Hey all, I've been using CPWizard as my control layout in MAME, which is sweet at the beginning of startup on the games. It shows the layout of each control on my custom panel. However, once I am in game I tend to forget a control or two. This occurs even more when I have friends playing. I then hit the keys I mapped to open the CPWizard view and it works seemlessly. But, when I try to exit and go back to the game, I just get a black screen. It won't return to the game. I have to escape, which brings me back to the play game area of Gameex and then return to the game. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
