  1. Wheel Size Adjustment Feature Request Hi! First feature request: a way to increase the size of the wheel in regular GameEx. The logos are a little small, especially compared to Arcade edition. Seems like maybe its zoomed in or something in AE. Thanks! you can see what i mean if you look at the wheel in these 2 videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2u0OoziiSY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFgZI-uDvho
  2. Wheel Size

Is there some way to increase the size of the wheel in regular gameex? The logos are a little small, especially compared to Arcade edition. Seems like maybe its zoomed in or something in AE. Can I tweak the ini file or use the theme editor to accomplish this? thanks! you can see what i mean if you look at the wheel in these 2 videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2u0OoziiSY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFgZI-uDvho
  3. Hi Tom, jumping on this promotion. I just tried to pay with paypal, but the website keeps saying "Sorry, the transaction has been refused". I know my paypal is good to go, and even tried on multiple browsers so I don't thinks its a browser thing. Is there a paypal address I can just send the money to to pay for my order? I have a order number - 9342. Thanks!
  4. [NEWS] A new front end

So I can Install both? Is there a way to link them somehow? I.e. replace the normal GameEx MAME interface with arcade edition?
  5. [NEWS] A new front end

Hi I am currently using standard GameEx, I have some console emus set up, but not MAME yet. Was just about to start setting up MAME then I saw this. Is Arcade Edition meant to integrate into or run side by side to GameEx? Or is it best to only install one or the other? Thanks!
  6. [NEWS] Changes for lifetime GameEx users

Unserstandable, thanks for the info. Do the current GameEx licenses include a discount for EmuMovies? Like if I was to purchase Lifetime GameEx with Lifetime online pass does that come with a discount for EmuMovies or visaversa?
  7. [NEWS] Changes for lifetime GameEx users

I purchased my lifetime GameEx license back in 2008 (still have the original email w/key from Tom), I was wondering if there are any discounts/promotions available for legacy lifetimers to obtain a new GameEx Lifetime/Online Lifetime/EmuMovies memberships? I got a 50% off EmuMovies membership with the key, but never used it, and of course its no longer valid now. Thanks!
  8. WraP - FoxIt Reader wrapper for GameEx

Thant would be great, the current manual viewer is functional, but its sooo slow. having Foxit do the work instead would save you time waiting for it to be converted. Also I've noticed that the GameEx PDF Manual viewer doesn't do such a good job zooming the pages, some are unreadable in GameEx, but perfectly fine in Foxit. May be something to consider.
  9. Heck yes it it is! Man you're the heat Tom! Thanks for developing and fervently updating such a great piece of software. I don't think my wife ever would have warmed up to my HTPC without it.
  10. I tried deleting the cache files but no dice. It looks like maybe it does cache the Database though, as the files are named "EMU_*.dbcache". What do you mean by a list update? Is that in GameEx?
  11. Ah I see, well I have tried editing my database using Access, however I'm having a strange problem. Depending on the combination of the games in the folder, some descriptions do not show up. For example, I have these four games in my iso folder: "Crash Bandicoot", "Ridge Racer", "Romance of the Three Kingdoms VI - Awakening of the Dragon", and "You Don't Know Jack - Mock 2" (I added in my own line to the DB for YDKJ: Mock 2, as it was missing). All descriptions and other info for all 4 games displays as normal. Now if I add the game "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" to the folder, when I reload GameEx now "Crash Bandicoot" info does not display. Then if I add the games "Kings Field" and "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire - 3rd Edition" to the iso folder then the info for "Ridge Racer" and "Romance of the Three Kingdoms VI - Awakening of the Dragon" also does not display. Then if I add in the game "Road Rash" and go back into GameEx the info for Ridge Racer and ROTK:AOTD will now display again, but Crash Bandicoot still does not. I though maybe using your official DBM to edit the database might remedie the problem, probably not, but at this point I did not know what else to try. I filled in the exact names for all of my game ISOs into the Goodname block. I also tried also putting them in the NoIntro and TOSEC block to see if that fixed the problem. Don't know if this is a problem with the database itself or just a GameEx bug. Can you shed some light on this?
  12. I would like it so that I can add in the few PS1 games I have to my local database, so that it will display the info for them.
  13. Where can I get the GameEx DBM?
