  1. IT WORK'S! I uninstalled DivX 8 Plus and K-Lite Codec Pack and installed Vista Codec Pack x64 and now it doesn't crash, it is working and I can see all videos. Thanks HeadKaze and TSpeirs for the help.
  2. Thanks for your answer, but I have got the problem yet. I uninstalled DivX 8 Plus and K-Lite Codec Pack 6.4.6 and now I have the last version of K-Lite Codec Pack 6.6.6 and DivX 8 Plus updated. I updated DirectX also. I tried an older version of GameEx. I remember that I used GameEx months ago with these videos without problems but now I don't know how to solve it. Any other idea to try? I uploaded to mediafire one of the videos that make the APPCRASH: http://www.mediafire.com/?jdzj7avj93jzk76 Thanks.
  3. I have GameEx but I updated to the last version and now when I go to a System (example: Sega Genesis) and see the gamelist, most of the videos displays correctly but some in other format (DivX AVIs, I saw codec info in VLC and it says "DX50 Codec") cause GameEx APPCRASH when the video must appears (I see APPCRASH instead the video thumbnail. THE APPCRASH INFORMATION IS THE NEXT: Firma con problemas: Nombre del evento de problema: APPCRASH Nombre de la aplicación: GameEx.exe Versión de la aplicación: 1.0.0.0 Marca de tiempo de la aplicación: 4d07dd8f Nombre del módulo con errores: StackHash_2264 Versión del módulo con errores: 0.0.0.0 Marca de tiempo del módulo con errores: 00000000 Código de excepción: c0000005 Desplazamiento de excepción: 0e23bab3 Versión del sistema operativo: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Id. de configuración regional: 3082 Información adicional 1: 2264 Información adicional 2: 2264db07e74365624c50317d7b856ae9 Información adicional 3: 875f Información adicional 4: 875fa2ef9d2bdca96466e8af55d1ae6e Lea nuestra declaración de privacidad en línea: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0c0a Si la declaración de privacidad en línea no está disponible, lea la declaración de privacidad sin conexión: C:\Windows\system32\es-ES\erofflps.txt I hope you can help me to solve it. .X files

I am converting some Google SketchUp models but models in GameEx are too dark. I posted in "Feature Request" section some ideas for X files feature. I found an Atari 2600 console model and I converted to .X file, it works in GameEx and it looks great. I attached it. Congratulations to the GameEx developer, .X files support is fantastic. Atari 2600.rar
  5. Ideas for .X files feature: It could be good to change the bright of the model (I see too dark all the models right now) and view angle in GameEx, it only show the model in front of it. A little perspective can be good, you can see part of the top of the model also.
  6. Thanks for the info, I get it working I see Atari 2600 (Wii logo) rotating in menu. I saw that is possible to convert google sketchup to .X files and to use them with GameEx. Do you know a web with free console models to convert them? I am searching it. Thanks.
  7. Yes you are right, thanks for your comments.
  8. (I put again this suggestion in correct place of forum) A suggestion for GameEx feature can be the next; Example: When you press "G" key in GameEx list games menu you go to the first "G" named game but if you press "O" you go to first "O" game, could be possible that when you press "G" + "O" keys you go to the first "GO" game ("Golden Axe" for example)? If you press "G" and wait one second aprox. then when you press "O" you go to "O" game (like GameEx now). I hope you can understand me, my english isn't too good to explain that correctly.
  9. Yes suggestion must be in feature request, but I asked two questions more importants for me and I decided to include the suggestion like an extra comment here. I hope someone can help me with .X files or to make some info (tutorial) about how to setup them and to exit with GamePad (with emulator process close). EDIT: I posted the suggestion again in "Feature Request" forum section, the correct place.
  10. Yes, the Search feature is very good but I think it is faster to write part of the game name in the list like Windows Explorer. I'd like to see this feature in future versions, it can be useful for people that use keyboard like me, but not for people that use a cabinet.
  11. I have some questions: 1) I don't understand the new feature .X files. I think you can view 3D models like logos but I don't know how to get it working. I tried to see the GameEx logo created by ehuonder but I don't know how to rename and setup the folder. Can you explain me? 2) A suggestion for GameEx features can be the next; Example: When you press G key in GameEx list games menu you go to the first G named game but if you press O you go to first "O" game, could be possible that when you press "G" + "O" keys you go to the first "GO" game ("Golden Axe" for example)? I hope you can understand me, my english isn't too good to explain that correctly. 3) I want to setup GameEx to exit games directly with the GamePad pressing "R3"+"Select" buttons. In Advanced Config exe I tried to create a ini with this combination on GamePad Exit section but when I press the buttons, GameEx open the gamelist but it doesn't close the emulator process and it is in background while GameEx is open. How can I close the emulator process by GamePad? Is it possible? I hope you can help me. Thanks.
  12. It's working! I saw what you said and I was using the advanced config "[Mapping Off] Exit (Process Close)" for this emulator. When I disabled it in SetupWizard, I tried again and it is working now, that was the problem. Thanks for your help.
  13. Ok, thanks for your answer, I hope someday GameEx have this feature.
  14. I made some tries to get Desmume working with GameEx. 1) If I run Desmume and load a game and after that I open GameEx. Desmume works perfectly. 2) If I run GameEx and I load the a game by command line through GameEx, Desmume the controls don't work, when you hold on a button it is like you are pressing a lot of times a key and the emulator freezes, if you press CTRL + ALT + SUPR the Windows menu appears and then Desmume works again. 3) I tried one more thing: I made a loader using AutoIt to load desmume, automatically press file, load, write the full path of the game and press enter. The loader works but I have the same problem, when I press a key (for example RIGHT) the emulator get slower and freezes. 4) I tried to use the keyboard keys to map the emulator and the same problem. I use Xbox 360 pad and a normal keyboard with the same result. I used "The Last Game" .bat in GameEx folder and this work. I hope you can fix this or to say me what is the problem, I don't know what more to try to make Desmume (best nds emulator) work with GameEx (best frontend). Thanks, Francisco.
  15. Hi, I have downloaded the BlueBox Theme and it is great. It has got a new rectangle in layout named "Image2" that display Titles in addition to the main videosnap rectangle. I would like to know if it is possible to add a new rectangle in other position and with other size that display the cover of each game also. I want one for videosnap, the title and the cover image but I don't see any option in Theme Editor to add the rectangle. If it is possible, how can I do that? I use Windows 7 x64. Thanks and continue developing this great front end. Francisco. P.D: Sorry, I didn't see the "Theme Editor Questions..." post before.
