I'm seeing the same problem here as well. Bought a bunch from the summer steam sale. But it's not showing up in gameex.

Bingo that was the problem, I turned that off when trying to stop in game notifications.

Yep, launches the game fine. Take a look at this video and see if it helps.

slik stick/Ipac support was enabled game runs fine outside of gameex without error when auto login/ logout is disabled the game continues running in the background after gameex drops back to the game screen. If I disconnect the usb for the joystick controller, it still drops back... so probably not a ipac issue directly config file is attached GameEx.ini

So, just reactivated my steam games after switching to a ipac controller. But now I'm running into an issue where after launching a game from within gameex arcade, gamex drops back to the launch screen after about 30 seconds without me ever touching a key. The game runs fine when launched within steam, so it seems to be a GameEx thing. Below is the log... any ideas what might be causing this.

Installed the update for GameEX Arcade this morning. Looks like there is some issue with MAME. When I launch a game I just get a black screen and then I can hear the game running very sluggish, but get no picture. The other emulators seem to work fine. Any ideas?

I'm so close here, I finished up my cabinet this past friday and got everything up and running to near perfection. The one thing I can't figure out, is how to get gameex to let my monitor turn off at the minimum and better yet to let my computer go to sleep when not in use. After searching I only found 1 solution and the setting change doesn't appear in gameex arcade. Anybody know how to get this working? Would be nice to not have to manually turn things on or off.

Anybody know if there is a way to disable the default flying background logos/text when there is no background image or video available in gameex arcade? I figured out how to kill it within the emulator setting. But i keep seeing them in random sections of the FE. Id like to just disable that effect across the board and let the theme background live on its own.

As stupid as it might sound, your comment fixed the problem. I found your theme and video and from that figured out what i was doing wrong.

In the setup wizard under MAME settings there is a bunch of drop down menus towards the bottom that allow you to turn off those listings.
