  1. In (Steam Directory)/config, open the loginusers.vdf text file and change SkipOfflineModeWarning from "0" to "1". You might also want to change WantsOfflineMode from "0" to "1". Then, build a Startup folder shortcut that launches Steam as follows: "Steam.exe -offline -silent" After updating loginusers.vdf, you'll want to make it read-only or Steam will set the parameters back. A more elegant approach that doesn't require setting the loginusers.vdf file to read-only would be to write a Steam start-up script that edits the individual parameters each time before launching Steam. That way, other user changes made within the Steam UI will stick and interactions with Steam outside the start-up script will operate completely normally.
  2. Thanks rablack97. That was a good tip. I normally run Steam in offline mode (to prevent auto-updates from breaking something in my cabinet set-up). I put Steam in online mode and launched PBFX3, which asked to sync my cabinet settings with Steam. I uploaded my cabinet settings and now all is good. I can reboot the cabinet, auto-start Steam in offline mode, and initial table launches work fine.
  3. I'm seeing the same issue. It seems to happen after the Steam client restarts. I suspect it's related to some synchronization that occurs with Steam during PBFX3 start-up. It only happens on the first launch of PBFX3 after a Steam restart. After that, PBFX3 launches directly to the table with correct cabinet rotation as long as Steam stays running.
