  1. Hi Stigzler!! It works from older plugin manager!! Thanks!!
  2. Hi Stigzler!! Same problem. Plugin opens and then closes with no option to see or configure nothing....
  3. Hi stigzler!! The files I have are the ones downloaded by repository manager plus the dll downloaded from 1.1.0 version on this post.
  4. Hi Dazzle, my intention was not to hurry to put the new version. I just said it in case it was a mistake. Sorry if you bothered...
  5. Thanks Reddog, Also the problem is in the main webpage of Gameex: http://www.gameex.com/download-gameex/ Still appearing the 14.63 version.
  6. Hi Tom, I see this version is not avaliable to download. It's an error or we have to wait for some fix????
  7. HI!! Same problem here, I can't open the plugin both setup wizard and repository manager. It opens and closes suddenly... Any suggestions to try this plugin?
  8. Thanks Tom, I only want to know how the artwork feature work. Now I see it could be a bug with this version. I prefer to have this feature enabled in case someday forget to enter the Emumovies utilitie. I think this is a good feature of GameEx. Thanks.
  9. You can use a program like joy2key to make a custom combo keys to exit and assing this combo to custom exit key in the keyboard universal quit key.
  10. Hi all!! I have a doubt about the artwork download system in GameEx. I've configured both GameEx download artwork and Emumovies download in GameEx. Sometimes when I was navigating inside GameEx I see messages saying something is downloading, i.e. downloading Mame videos, or downloading master system artwork, .... Normally I use the Emumovies download service utility to have my artwork collection up to date, but GameEx continues showing messages about downloading some artwork everytime I enter on it. If I see the logartworkdownload log inside folder LOG in GameEx folder, I see GameEx scan every artwork folder on my installation, but I not see any message about download something. The question is: Why is showing GameEx messages about download artwork for my system if I'm sure I have all the artwork up to date? And second question: Is there any other place to see if GameEx download something apart from the logartworkdownload file? Thanks in advance!!!
  11. And try this solution posted here about touch screen games. This is normally the common issue I encountered configuring MAME on my setup....
  12. I have this rom working with 0.162, but think your problem could be you need extra files to run this rom. Have you the Capcom bios files in your rom folder?
  13. Ok friends, only want to make a little update of my problem: 1 - Uninstalled GPU drivers and all codecks from my system 2 - Cleaned with CCLEANER the registry to correct problems 3 - Re-installed drivers from AMD (minimal installation) and re-installed codecks 4 - Removed Avast Anti-Virus from system. Now I'm trusting with Microsoft Security Essentials. I think there is no problem with this, because I only use this computer for "secure" files. 5 - 2 days without crashes and a big smile on my face. I can't say the problem is solved from now, because I had bad experiences before, but think we are on the right way to solve it... cross my fingers!!! Another time, thanks to all of you for your kindly help and effort to try solve my problem. Thanks friends!!
  14. Only a suggestion, make sure you have "compatible games only" turned off in Touchscreen/Tablet options on Setup Wizard, and refresh the list... I'm pretty sure is the cause of your problems with roms in MAME....
  15. Hi tthurman, I passed the memory check with no problems. I'll try the AMD system monitor to see if crashes are related with elevated temp. Could be the cause, but not sure of it. I'll inform you with results. THANKS!!!
  16. Hi Draco, Tonight will try to uninstall both vga drivers and codecs and then reinstall it. Then I could try to disable some plugins (but if this is the problem I need the plugins to run some of my emulators), but will try it. My Windows version is a full version, not lite. The thing is I can't reproduce the crashes when I want... they are totally random. Sometimes I can play with GameEx for hours or days with no problem, others crashes almost every time I run it... This make to find a solution more difficult. This PC is my actual emulator machine, but I had GameEx installed on other computers before this with no problems. The point is that this PC is only for gaming with GameEx. The installation was clean and I haven't any other programs (only emulators, utilities for that emulators and media for this emulators). PC is clean, but as you say, something is making crashing.. I'm very convinced that problems is drivers from AMD. My GPU is an integrated GPU in the processor and think drivers are not fully compatible with my system, or need a update by AMD.... Maybe in a future update my problem dissapear forever.... maybe not.... Thanks a lot for your help. If you think can tell me something more to try, don't doubt it and tell me what.
  17. Hi Tom, I've uninstalled and re-installed several times the codecs. I tryied with differents codecs, including the recomended on this threath... Would you like I uninstall and re-install another time? There is no problem to do this for me if solve the problem. Would you recommend me a codec to try? Thanks a lot for your help friends.
  18. Hi guys, To make sure, can anybody post a link to AMD drivers page that you think are the correct for my system? If I'm correct, the drivers I should install are this -->> http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows 7 - 64 Could be fine uninstall ALL my drivers and re-install with the "minimal setup" option to make sure no other programs are installed on the system (only drivers)???
  19. Hi!! Attached a log from today. GameEx did not crash, but all videos stop playing and the only solution was to restart GameEx. I think my problem could be related with some direct3d or something from video reproduction, because crashes only occurs when I'm navigating on the roms list (not playing games). Sorry to be so heavy, but I need to solve the problem and don't know what to do now. Reinstalled drivers, codecs, GameEx several times... everytime same errors, crashing totally or partially with videos out... Any suggestion to try? Thanks in advance all of you for your kindly help, and sorry for this.. I'm the first that want solve the problem to stop posting and disturbing people here.. Sorry. log.txt
  20. Ok, finally GameEx crashed with debug exe version:
  21. Hi Tom, Only want to know if you need I do something after replace original exe with debug version exe. Do you need I attach the log or something? I was trying 2 days with the debug version, but I can't make GameEx crash now.... Is this good? The only thing I see is with debug version GameEx is not auto-updating to latest version. I suppose this is normal. Waiting your instructions to do what you want now. Thanks in advance.
  22. More information about today's crash. Hope it could clear a little the problem:
