  1. Yes running as Admin. On two of the systems VP is not even installed to prevent conflicts. (but the actually key cannot be conflicting. NO key is accepted when mapped to "Exit Emulator"), and this all occurs before VP has been launched.
  2. Well, I've tried a 4th PC now. Same behavior,. Once the "Exit Emulator" key is mapped to something different via setup, it no longer works. Even remapping it back to ESC doesn't work.
  3. Yes, installed to c:\Pinballx Running as Administrator
  4. Further testing. I installed PInballX on 2 other PCs, neither of which has VP (or nay of the other systems installed). All 3 experienced the same behavior. They can exit emulator correctly after install via the ESC key, however as soon as the key is remapped to another, that ability is lost (You have to crush the program at that point).
  5. Thanks. Had tried the main suggestions from there. I am running as admin and the exit key is not mapped in VP. The VP pin mappings should not be coming into play as I cannot exit prior to launching a table. edit: I can attach the .ini file but it is not very interesting. "Quit" is mapped to "I" and "Exit" is mapped to "K". There is no log file as it does not crash and generate one.,
  6. Strange one here. New cabinet. Downloaded and installed PinballX 1.99 Went through the setup (including key mappings for my cab). The exit emulator key would not bring up the exit menu, for which I have Quit and Shutdown enabled) (It is not mapped to a VP key. This cabinet was working previously). So I mapped it to a few other keyboard keys. They also did not work. I uninstalled PinballX, deleted the C:/PInballX directory, and redownloaded. Reinstalled and did not perform keymapping this time. Using the default exit key (I cannot remember but believe it was ESC) worked correctly. So I ran the key mapping. Again the exit emulator key does not work. Again mapping it to various keys on the keyboard did nothing. Changing the mapping back to ESC also does not work. Any ideas?
  7. Yes, it misses orphaned files b2s and db2s files and for me at least still has a table number limit. It will not function correctly on my 590+ table cabinet.
  8. Hello linked is a new utility to find missing files in your VP cabinet. Give it a try and let me know if you find it helpful http://vpuniverse.com/forums/topic/1982-media-manager-vp-media-manager/
