  1. Not sure if I am just terrible at finding information, but there are two things I want to do with GameEx: 1) I've downloaded some video snaps recently and I find the volume to be too loud on them. Is there any way I can adjust the volume of the snap videos without impacting all other sound volumes? 2) I plan on using GameEx for strictly game purposes, nothing else. Is there a way to make the "Multimedia" not show on the start menu? Thanks
  2. Got it working. Thanks! My next question would be how do I get my old settings back? I did back up the entire directory for GameEx so I can do an easy transfer of the settings to the new PC.
  3. The new operating system is Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit.
  4. Hey guys, I have a particular problem with the ProSystems emulator for the Atari 7800. I know there was a forum post about this but their method (unless I'm doing it wrong), doesn't work. Whenever I use the emulator at full screen, the colors becoming all screwed up. However, if I put it into window mode, the colors are fine. I have a duel monitor and I know that my colors get degraded (by looking at the 2nd monitor) when I go fullscreen, which would explain why the colors are funky. Any tips on this?
  5. Where can I download the themes for the other systems?

    Magic Engine

I am. Like I said, GameEx doesn't even allow me to launch the game. It detects the roms, but it doesn't give the option of launching it.

    Magic Engine

It's 1.1.3 and the main issue is I don't even have the option to load up the roms from GameEx itself. Not using virtual drivers because I'm using cartridge roms, not CD roms.

    Magic Engine

Just encountered a problem trying to open up the Magic Engine on GameEx. I don't khow how this was re-produced, however I can no longer launch Magic Engine from GameEx. It detects all the roms fine, but when I select the ROM, it doesn't give the option to launch Magic Engine to start the game.
  10. Hey guys, I have a three monitor setup in my home. The first two monitors is my typical PC dual monitor setup, monitor 2 and 3. My HDTV is monitor 1. When I try to launch GameEx, it only goes to the PRIMARY display, one of my main PC monitors. I did notice the run on secondary option in the settings, but it doesn't allow me to choose which one and even then it doesn't seem to do much since it launches GameEx on primary monitor. Is there any way to have it on a specific monitor defined by the user? Thanks.
  11. Every time I change a setting, such as where to find my MP3s/Movies, it refuses to save them. It constantly displays the old MP3/Movies. Another issue is whenever the GameEx launches, it briefly goes back to desktop where I have to click to open it again.
  12. There has to be tags since in Big Screen mode, you can select just "controller enabled games" and it shows what is supported from your library.
  13. Found the problem. All the roms I have are PCE files, not zips, yet the debug mode shows it is trying to load from a zip. UPDATE: I updated my set where everything is in 7z instead of pce, and it works now with the 7z support.
  14. Correct. Just still goes to the GUI instead of auto loading the rom.
