  1. I'm a huge fan of these. I used to get up early and stay up late to see many of them. I grew up near New York and there's tons of great examples on Youtube. Some had a news report along side them!
  2. Rough final few hours on the Crap Tournament. I need a toilet and a burn center, STAT!

Good luck with your crap ...ehh...well, you know what i mean ;)

  3. I had a chance to play this back in the late 80s but I passed it up. The actual cabinet is getting exceedingly rare. It was a game too far ahead of its time. ExedExes - 70,139
  4. I've played enough of this to know a little bit about it. You know you're doing good when you hear more of the music and you make it to the boat section. ExedExes - 83,735
  5. None taken. We put up some good scores. I never said I was the best at this, but between this and Reactor, goodness. There will be other months.... Exed always rises!
  6. Um yeah. Guess 40K isn't so hot anymore. Now if we were counting scores for the 2600 version.... Yup, that's mine. Invisible walls & vortex core.
  7. Who's still trying to make fetch happen? It's not nice to fool with the high score giant. But seriously, a little thing called time was something I did not have in the past week. By the time I got a chance to play this again, I did not do any better than what I did here earlier this month. This game might be done, but there are other months, after all, it is the 2010's and there is time for Klax fetch....
  8. SHUSH! I got both of those Lego Star Wars games for the Gamecube. Kids. hmph
  9. I'll be getting that Saber bundle; it's a super sale. Also, if you have (or plan on getting) X-Wing or TIE Fighter, the Collector's CD-ROM editions, widely considered the best versions of these games, are also included or you'll get them added to your library if you own them.
  10. Yes, the reason that the defragmentation pauses is because your system is reaching those pre-defined thresholds, since the program is designed to use as few resources as possible during its work. I would try to change those numbers if your system can handle it. User mode and Kernel mode are two different kinds of CPU load procedures, it has nothing to do if you're using it or not. Also, all your drives have the OptiWrite switch to on, so they should be good to go. I'm using the regular PerfectDisc 13, nothing special or no special version.
  11. This is my setup. On my system volume (C:), I had it set to SMARTPlacement. That was the default setting. The other partition (Recovery) was set to Consolidate Free Space by default, probably because it doesn't get accessed unless a backup/restore is needed. I would keep your main volume set to SMARTPlacement, it will make your schedule defrag faster. *see attached file at bottom* Also make sure OptiWrite is enabled; in about a year it prevented over 6.5 million fragments on my drive according to its counter; imagine the life extension this drive is getting! That's under your Global Settings > StealthPatrol - You'll also need to make sure C: also has OptiWrite on under the StealthPatrol tab - Finally, give it a Boot Time Defrag every couple of weeks. That defrags your system files as well as the pagefile, improving startup times.
  12. I enjoy UT2K4 on occasion, on the few servers they have left. UT3 was a joke. I'm liking the free-to-play model as well as the emphasis on community development with the newest UT.
  13. For a paid solution, I've been using Perfect Disk 13 for about a year. LOVE IT. The Smart Placement/OptiWrite stop fragments from even making it on to the drive. I have it set to defrag once a week and it takes less than 10 minutes to do this 750GB drive. For a free defrag, Defraggler is great, from the same company as CCleaner. It has quick and regular defrag options. The Windows defrag USED to be good.
  14. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is kicking my @$$!

Wow it's been a long time ^_^ all i remember is use the cover and move fast - don't stay still for too long. You probably knew that alreadfy though heheh

      DazzleHP

What i remember is, it's much better to keep moving between covers than staying still - even if it mean alternating between a few. Disclaimer: my memeory sucks :P

I'm a little over halfway through now, cover is super important! There's a slide move that helps you get from one spot to another, it's useful!

  15. Sanford & Son complete series DVDs -- awesome!

  16. Cripes! This run killed the battery on my mouse. ExedExes - 47,477
  17. I thought I'd be sitting here for a while. Guess not. ExedExes - 41,151
  18. There was a time when 297K was a good #1 score for this game. Pepperidge Farm remembers.... It's a new age for this game, so time for a new age score. ExedExes - 5,569,140
  19. The mods get what they want this month... fetch happens! ExedExes - 185,440
  20. Hold up! I needed to get back to work, getting through the first 5-10 stages fast! ExedExes - 369,170
  21. I've been to the D&B in the Palisades Center Mall just on the southern border of NY state. This was about 15 years ago. It's where I cleared House of The Dead and Confidential Mission on one credit, amongst other accomplishments. Plus, the redemption prizes are far more high end.
  22. Ah who am I kidding? This month it's going to be just that. I had no gas in the tank last month, but this is not the end for Skykid!
  23. I'm not surprised. OnLive reminded me very much of a similar service that was out before that, Gametap. That was run by Turner/Time Warner, then in 2010 they sold to Metaboli, a European company doing the same thing Gametap was. They pretty much drove that into the ground too, I know because I was a subscriber.
  24. Reactor is in our competition now. This is JUMBO LARGE!

    1. GimmeClassics

      GimmeClassics

Cool down the Reactor core and avoid magnetism and enemy swarms of nuclear particles !

      How cool is that !
