  2. No mate doesn't work for me either....tbh though its my first setup via this frontend,so I might be doing something wrong. ive tried 1.5 and 1.5b,they start up fine but don't close, either in FP folder or BAM Anything as yet? I been at it all day, bout to smash it up LOL
  3. still a no go, could you post your ini settings for me plz. Ok I have Futuredmd in the FP folder,i am running the FuturePinball.exe through BAM,the tables start fine, but still don't close after table exit, the DMD remains on my third monitor :-( im using 1.5b now btw....am I missing something really easy in setup?
  4. hey gauntlet im having trouble with the DMD closing in PINX. My settings are .ini [FuturePinball] Enabled=True WorkingPath=C:\Games\Future Pinball\BAM TablePath=C:\Games\Future Pinball\Tables Executable=Future Pinball.exe Parameters=/STAYINRAM /open "[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE]" /play /exit /arcaderender LaunchBeforeEnabled=True LaunchBeforeWorkingPath=C:\Games\Future Pinball LaunchBeforeExecutable=FutureDMD.exe LaunchBeforeHideWindow=False LaunchBeforeWaitForExit=False LaunchAfterEnabled=False LaunchAfterWorkingPath= LaunchAfterExecutable=notepad.exe LaunchAfterHideWindow=False LaunchAfterWaitForExit=True MouseClickFocus=True LaunchBeforeParameters=table="[TABLEFILE]" close=1 The DMD loads up fine for first table, but upon exit the DMD stays there,no other tables launch the working DMD after this. When I go to desktop to close manually there are many DMD behind one another, would you be able to help me?
  5. hey guys,im changing over to Pinball x,i have run into a new problem, asfter reading this thread I still cannot get futureDMD to work... My ini file is: LaunchBeforeEnabled=True LaunchBeforeWorkingPath=c:\games\Future Pinball\BAM LaunchBeforeExecutable=FutureDMD.exe LaunchBeforeParameters=table="[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE]" close=1 the dmd plays outwith the frontend but doesn't work within it......I have done the above.....have I missed something really obvious?
  6. thought id bump this since I have the same problem.....its deffo BAM problem, when I use normal FP,exiting etc works fine as loading screen glitch disappears......but when BAM is set it doesn't exit it crashes.. BTW I have changed my fploader.exe to futurepnball.exe......still the same
  7. Guys I have been doing some work on this today....I have found out that if I use BAM then when you exit emulator it crashes to desktop, but when you don't use BAM then the emulator exits fine? Also when you use BAM and you go to load a table the table loads via desktop it kinda flashes on/off destop to load BAM selected game, taking away the realism Any help here guys?
  8. thanks for reply man I really appreciate it,im looking into it as we speak, however im still crashing to desktop on exit emulator (future pinball I only have atm) Also I notice now with the new release that when I select the table I want to play Pinball goes to my desktop to load the table and then enters the game?
  9. Hey guys/gals, I have taken the plunge and decided to install this frontend, looks fantastic so far, however I have run into a few issues and would appreciate any help. 1.when I go to exit my emulator via ingame, instead of going back to wheel choice it crashes to desktop? 2.When I attempt to pause in future pinball game nothing happens,my pause in future pinball is the right click mouse button(you cant change that in FP) so how do you map it in PinX? 3.Can I delete the table make image? gottileb etc? from the table selection screen along with the year of table? 4.Does PinX only support PNG files? I am changing over from Hyperpin but most my images are in jpeg Great frontend btw, im looking into changing over permanent once I get used to it and it runs well thanks for any help
