  1. Nice job. I like the extra artwork shown in the Mortal Kombat photo.
  2. Hi, I just wanted to pop in and second this request. It would be nice to set the duration to permanent and possibly be able to do something with the rating stars. Thanks
  3. Just tried out the new GameEx exe and there were no changes for me. Unfortunately all the descriptions that were blank before are still blank now.
  4. That DB fixed my SNES section, thanks.
  5. That's interesting, I went back in and my SNES descriptions are also cutting out at the letter C.
  6. Ok, so I deleted the whole DATA\EMULATORS directory and reinstalled to make sure only the updated files were in there. I went into the SetupWizard to make sure my NES emulator was choosing the right database and it seems to be. (Database=[Console] Nintendo NES) Not sure what else I should be looking for so that's where I am now.
  7. For some reason a few descriptions have disappeared from some, but not all, emulator sections. For example NES, Game Boy are blank within GameEx but the SNES section is still displaying game descriptions. Nothing I can think of has changed with my setup. Games are still in the same folders with No-Intro naming conventions. Games also run properly from withing GameEx so it makes me think that something has broken between updates. Has anybody else seen this or did something just break with my configuration?
  8. I have added and removed some games from my NES directory but GameEx is not updating the games list. I'm running 13.14, the latest version. Is there a way to force a rescan like what is done in the MAME section? Games I have deleted are still listed and new games are not showing up.
  9. I removed the foreground images that I was using as a band aid fix and cycled through the Change View option on the problem emulator sections. Cycling through Change View enough times does fix the background so I can see my customized background images again. Removing the foreground images makes entering and exiting emulator sections a smooth process again. No more stuttering, no more crashing. So it seems that multiple 1920x1080 background + 1920x1080 foreground images were causing GameEx to crash. Thank you for you help, this problem is resolved now.
