Hi,

I have been looking for something that will work with my setup (Win98, P3 733, 24bit onboard video) and have tried Maximus and a few others.

GameEx looks to be the part and so I downloaded it.

Instalation was easy as was configuration, however, although the program runs ok, it cannot find any of my Mame games.

I have tried zip files, extracted to root and also extracted to folders, and have updated the confi to look in the right place, but still no joy. Nothing found.

Anyone have any ideas?

**EDIT** I have managd to get the frontend to see some Genesis roms, and although they are shown, the emulator seems not to be initialising.

I am using GENS.

Regards
Simon

You need to do an update list for MAME games, did you do that?

Post your log (after updating), gameex.ini. Version of GameEx, and version of MAME.
