Yeah, I have the kickstarts in WHD\Devs\Kickstarts which are renamed kick34005.A500, kick40068.A1200, kick40068.A4000.

Also get a whdload gamelist showing 2154 of 2229 games found.

Hi,

I'm using WinUAE Loader v1.76 and I've almost got it all working perfectly.

If I leave the Overwrite Configs option ticked in WinUAE Loader, the WHD games load fine, but there are a few WinUAE options that I want to enable that are not available through the WinUAE Loader client.

However, if I alter the "WHDLoad.uae" config manually to add the additional options (e.g. gfx_fullscreen_amiga=fullwindow, etc) and untick the Overwrite Configs option (to stop my settings being wiped), it appears the whole WHD loading fails.

How can I tweak the UAE settings/config I want to use for all WHDLoad games without breaking how WinUAE Loader/WHDLoad can work correctly?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated! :)

Oh, it looks like (without wanting to steal headkaze's thunder) there's a new v1.77 build.

I'm at work at the moment, but will try it later to see if this new build resolves my issue? <_<

Nevermind, sorted.

I just have to untick "Enabled" on the Display Options tab (to stop it splatting my gfx settings in config file) and leave the "Overwrite Settings" option ticked.

Not very obvious, so hope this helps anyone else with the same problem. :D

I am just wondering how may folks are using gamebase amiga with GameEx instead of this option and if not what are the reasons?
