Great list! It's also worth having a browse of the BYOAC game review forum.

Heres a good pc game , its called Warning Forever. Japanese game, "where you pick apart a boss piece by piece, only to have it come back stronger the next round. The player is able to direct his shots and narrow or widen the stream of firepower". This one is kind of addictive.
Attached File  ss_wf01_1_.png   58.49K   111 downloads

Another one I found that I like is called G-Type, which is a cross between R-type and Gradius. This is another Japanese game.
Attached File  G_type.png   23.5K   102 downloads

Both of these games are Japanese and have Japanese installers but the gameplay is all in Engrish. You may have to use Autohotkey or something similar to remap the keys for GameEx.

Warning Forever can be downloaded here

G-Type can be downloaded here.

Someone may have already put a link up to this website so I won't take credit for it but a lot of PC shooters can be found at this website. shootthecore

I've a cool game for all you trackball people out there

The Blob

your an alien blob and you've decided that the planet you've landed on isn't colourful enough so it's time to paint the town :)

it's mouse only control though so unless you've a trackball it'll probably not be worth while trying

I really must get a track ball

Add Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and Vice City to that list. I have both up and running without need of a keyboard.
For keyboard enabled cabs, Boggle Supreme and Scrabble from Game House all work great... At least on my PC since I don't have a pull-out keyboard shelf on the cab. :(

Hers another one that I just discovered although I think its been around for a while (the website says 2004). Hamsterball. If you like marble madness you'll love this one. Plays with keyboard, mouse or trackball.

Heres another really good one: As seen on BYOAC, Mechatron 2154. This is a robotron 2084 clone that is close to the original but updated for todays systems.

As quoted from their website "Mechatron 2154 is an ultra-faithful rendition of the definitive arcade shooter that many of us cut our hardcore gaming teeth on: Robotron 2084, by Williams Electronics. There are literally dozens of Robotron clones on the internet, but on this one you will find:-
Original ROM level data
Local or World Highscores
Progressive AI
Enhanced sound FX from the original game
Enhanced character sprites, animated and rendered in 3D
Individual player custom controls, e.g. X-Arcade, PS2 controllers, Keyboard etc.
Build you own levels with the easy to use custom level designer
and much much more!"

I think you guys will really enjoy this one on your cabs.

Anyone try Rag Doll Kung Fu on a cab? I wonder if it's usable with a trackball, anyone want to check it out?

I've found a new freeware game for everyone

Punishment 2

it's a side on sitck-man platformer, it's kind of a weird setup up you activate a switch to open the door to the next level but when you enter the next level all your previous switches become deactivated so you have to head righ back to the start of the game and work your way through the levels again :) I know it sounds like a nightmare but it addictively compelling :)

He's got a few other interesting looking games on his site too but I haven't tried them yet
