apple 2

hi guys I was wondering if anyone is using applewin to emulate apple 2. if so could I see your ini file or command line. I have it running outside gameex and it loads when in gameex but doesn't load the disk I have to select it and reset it like in the emulator. it also always shows the last disk I loaded from the emulator. i have tried every combo I can think of and nothing loads the disk. im not a fan of mess and this is a better emulator for apple. reading through their info it says -d1 starts emulator with disk but that wont work nor does -flop1 or autorun. debug mode shows nothing. google doesn't come up with much on running this from command line either. gameex log and emulator config are attached, thanks

Yeah I tried that first from reading that also and it tries to launch and then exits to gameex. If I use -flop1 like mess or leave it -f rompath/romfile it at least launches the emulator but then you have to select the game and hit reset. It seems similar to winvice with having an extra step to launch the game like autorun which I have tried to no avail, thanks.

Keep trying. I'm sure there is a solution. Have you been able to have it load up a ROM/Disk manually through the command prompt OUTSIDE of GameEx? This might require something more, like SENDKEYS (advanced area of the emulator config in GameEx). Is there a keyboard shortcut to access the menu and do as you say "select game and reset"? If so, just put that in the config and see if that helps. Also, perhaps some AHK (auto hot key) script could be used, but I'm not the one to ask about setting one up for you.
