tribe fan Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 Hello,I am getting an error when trying to install GameEx. .NET Framework 4.5 is already installed on my computer, but I am being prompted to download and install 3.5. However, I keep getting a Windows internet connectivity error when trying to install 3.5.Is there any way to finish installing GameEx with just .NET Framework 4.5 installed? This link at the bottom of the page you sent me did the trick:http://www.askvg.com/fix-0x800f0906-and-0x800f081f-error-messages-while-installing-net-framework-3-5-in-windows-8/It seems a couple of recent windows updates were blocking the .NET 3.5 download.
