Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of this program today, 3.9, I believe, and it works like a dream! Except...when it doesn't.

Sometimes it will freeze, either while getting lyrics, making playlists, or, more rarely, when ripping a track. Not only does it freeze and go unresponsive, but hitting cancel, going into task manager to terminate it, and trying to shut the computer down all prove impossible once it does freeze. The only way I've found to fix it, is to turn off my computer by pressing and holding the power button, and we all know how risky that is. I've had to do it 3 times over the course of ripping 12 CDs!

Any idea how to prevent this? Or is it just a bug that has to be lived with? Also, when it freezes on rare occasions, (once out of the 4 times I've tried) it will let me cancel, and exit the program, however, the system will not eject the CD, (either by pressing the button, or going into computer and right clicking to select eject) The only way to get the CD out is to restart the computer.


Any suggestions on remedying these things would be greatly appreciated, and if not, then, please look into this bug.
