I noticed using some new themes they are missing certain consoles I'm emulating under GameEX. You know like the image of the console when you Hover over it in the menu...
How do I add my own under certain themes? For each individual console I have?
I'm doing like 15 different emulators..
I've seen pictures of Game Consoles but just do not know how to add/View them under whichever theme or what folder to put the imgages in.

Taken from the help section of the LOGO setting of the Emulator Setup section of setup.

The name of a PNG or JPG Image without the extension and path that will be shown on the Start Page
when the emulator is selected. This image must be in the Program Files\GameEx\themes\[selected
theme]\Media\Logos folder. Note there are a selection of images already there for most emulated
Systems.

After adding in that location, then it will be selectable in the dropdown box of that emulator in the section I highlighted in blue above.

Have you tried the Default-Default theme and are you getting the same results with that theme? If the answer is yes, it is not the theme. Ensure that you have the emulator installed for the system you are using and that you select the Logo in the Emulator Setup section of the Setup Wizard (there is a drop-down that points to the LOGO directory). Keep in mind that logo file that are provided in the User Created themes are usually based upon that person's need, creativity, etc. You are not bound to use them and can create your own - that's what makes this program so great!

Just for giggles, I tried using the setup wizard to choose an emulator logo. I selected a file from the drop down list, and verified my setup, and the Setup Wizard says that the file does not exist. The logo is not in my theme folder, but is in the default-default/media/logos folder. Looks like a bug to me.

Somehow I overlooked this step....when setting up my Eumulators I never remembered setting the two that were showing up, which is why it was driving me crazy.(Thought it was Auto) So on default - Default "using the drop-down check box", I was able to see that specific LOGO.
*Would be nice during the SETUP WIZARD when choosing the LOGO( A quick peek of the LOGO pops up), so you see which one you really want? Something small but worth it when choosing "LOGOS" in the setup wizard and maybe a "BACKGROUND" Field pertaining to the current THEME folder for that Emulator..so you change them 2 at once based on the theme.
New Question - I noticed the way some of the games filenames show up, sometimes it doesn't write the whole name...like for Atari 2600, it gives me this short name when choosing from GamerEX...is that why we have the Mapfiles people create? Proper naming or ROMS? I wonder if there is one for the Atari or Nintendo.

That is odd to say the least. I was able to find the files in mine to select. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?
