Accented Characters in Tags - FLAC Accented characters in tags are being replaced with piped characters

Hi Tom,

Not sure if this is a bug or something funked-up on my Windows 7 install

Accented characters in artists and track names are not getting written to tags correctly, the accented characters are replaced with pipes, plus and minus signs etc.

Directories and filenames are created/named correctly.

I'm ripping to FLAC
